Your device model and operating system version.
Whether you installed from TestFlight, Google Play testing, or a local build.
The app version and build number if visible.
The step you were trying: create identity, scan QR, open deep link, approve, reject, or delete identity.
A screenshot if it does not expose private information.

VibeID is not a legal identity document.
VibeID does not verify age, citizenship, authority, or real-world identity in the current pilot.
VibeID does not currently offer cloud sync, key export, or account recovery.
If a local identity is deleted and there is no backup or recovery flow, that signing identity cannot be restored by support.
